Q: How do I find a manual?
A: All manuals are listed by Model Number, if you use the Search Bar enter the Model Number only, if the manual is available, it will come up.
Q: Can I request a manual?
A: If you can't find the manual your looking for, leave a comment to the Webmaster, and I will see if I can find it for you.
Q: What do the manuals include?
A: Almost all the manuals include Diagrams, Trouble Shooting tips, Board layouts, High resolution Schematic, and Parts lists. Some of the newer set may not include Schematic, as they are board level replacement only.
Q: Are any of the manuals in paper form?
A: All manuals are in PDF format, and are available for Download. Unless otherwise stated.
Q: Can I use a Credit Card with PayPal?
A: With PayPal you can use Credit Card, or if you have a PayPal account. PayPal is the most secure payment system. No credit Card information is collected by this site.
Q: If I buy a manual from the store, How will I receive it?
A: All Manuals are in PDF or Power Point format, and you will get an E-Mail with a Download Link with in a few minutes, depending on your mail Server. There is also a Option to download the manual as soon as you come back to the store from PayPal, just look for And click on the words " Download "
Q: What if I didn't use my real E-Mail address, or the one I enters is incorrect?
A: If your E-Mail address was not entered correctly, please leave me a comment with the correct Address, and I will make sure you get your manual.
Q: I ordered a manual from your store, payed for it through PayPal or with Credit Card, but didn't get the E-Mail Download Link, what do I do?
A: The 1st thing to do is check your E-Mail Program, it may have a Junk Mail filter, that would be the 1st thing to check. If you can't find the E-Mail with the Download link, please leave me a message, and I will send it again.
Q: What happens if I don't have time to download the manual now, how long is the download link good for?
A: The Download link is good for 10 days, if you need longer that that, please let me know.
Q: I noticed that some of the manuals are quite large up to 60meg. I'm on a dial-up account, is there anyway I can get the manual on CD?
A: After adding a Manual to the cart, you are given the opportunity to Buy the Manual on CD, or you can just Click on "Order on CD" and it will be shipped to you on CD.
